- Pan and Joist Floors
The Regions Hospital Expansion project is one the largest construction projects in the history of downtown St. Paul and we are honored to be a part of it. As the pan and joist concrete frame rose from 2 stories below grade to 12 stories above, NCM placed over 38,000 cu. yds. of concrete for the 600,000sf structure. Kraus Anderson, the general contractor, selected NCM to complete the critical structural portion of the project because of our history of quality performance with them. Our dedication to the project showed in the many hours of pre-planning, pricing, and scheduling by our project management team. Faced with many challenges, including the owner decision to add another level after construction started, NCM completed its scope of work ahead of the original schedule.
