Cherapa Place
In August of 2021 we started budgeting this project with Journey Construction out of Sioux Falls, SD. The owner was contemplating whether to make this project a concrete structure or a precast structure. NCM provided budget pricing and project models showing the project as a concrete structure and fortunately the owner decided to move forward with the project as a concrete structure. Construction started in December of 2021 and finished August of 2022. Andy Lozier started the charge for NCM leading the crews pouring lean fill and the foundation walls. Tim Browen then landed on site prior to the 1st deck pour and did what he enjoys the most! He pushed the job up to the 6th level and then handed the keys to Brandon Aho who was working on the parking ramp Cherapa V next Door. Matt Boumeester lead the flatwork crew pouring 235,000 SF of post tension slabs. NCM crews installed over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete on this project. NCM would like to thank all of our crew members for their hard work and dedication on this project. Job well Done!
