Up North Plastics
Northland Concrete & Masonry was selected to perform all concrete work on the large-scale expansion of Up North Plastics in Cottage Grove, MN. NCM constructing over 2,900 linear feet of strip footings, 256 column pad footings- some as large as 17′ by 17′ and 195 column bases. Additionally, they installed more than 3,200 feet of 14” concrete walls extending up to ground level, forming the structural foundation for the new facility.
